1. Over the years, we have lived in multiple Michigan cities, an have used the services of several veterinary clinics. We feel so lucky to have found Parkdale Veterinary Wellness Center! Dr. Betts has provided our pets with everything from routine exams to treatments for critical health issues. She is an excellent veterinarian! Besides being extremely knowledgeable and professional, she is also compassionate and sensitive to pets and their owners alike. The facility itself is always clean and welcoming. In addition, the entire staff is outstanding. They make every visit pleasant, efficient, and effective. It's two thumbs up for Dr. Betts and her staff!.

  8. Dr. Betts is a fabulous veterinarian. Very knowledgeable and caring. She does not take short cuts with your pets health. I have had the pleasure of taking my pets here for several years. She was the one who figured out my cat Leroy was seizing due to epilepsy which is rare in cats. Bonnie, Rachel, and the rest of the staff are very compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend Parkdale Animal Hospital!

  9. Excellent and knowledgeable vet with a caring and compassionate team! It’s unfortunate that one disgruntled client is rounding up her keyboard warrior friends and having them drag this vet and her business through the mud by leaving a bunch of false 1-star reviews. Any intelligent person can see right through that when all of the reviews have been left within 24 hours of each other and none of the reviewers are actual clients of this practice. It’s sad that google allows this to happen to good, caring, hard-working business owners.

  10. My 2 year old Golden Doodle, Kenzie, had her annual check-up a few weeks ago, and as always left a happy puppy! I was again reminded of how fabulous Dr. Betts and her team are. I was concerned that Kenzie might be overweight and unfortunately it was confirmed. But, being innovative as always, Dr. Betts let me know about their Weight Loss Support program - a kind of pet weight watchers - and, it's free! I am not surprised, just impressed at the level of care they consistently provide. For 13 years Dr. Betts and the Parkdale Team have been caring for my pets...I cannot imagine leaving the care of Kenzie or any future pets to anyone else! My only disappointment is that with COVID-19, the restrictions, and the precautions Parkdale is taking for everyone's protection - I do not get to see everyone, but know that is coming soon!

  11. This is by far the best boarding facility around. The kennels are amazing and they treat my fur babies like their own family. It’s comforting to know the vet is always available to the animals staying there while I'm on vacation, Roger makes sure they’re all taken care of. He’s definitely a favorite with my babies!

  12. Dr. Betts and staff of Parkdale Animal Hospital have been treating our 2 chronically ill cats for at least 10 years. My husband and I completely trust her treatment plans and suggestions. I don't hesitate to ask Dr. Betts for advice. Office staff and techs are always friendly, professional and efficient. After a medical concern I know someone (and sometimes the vet herself) will follow up with us to make sure the patient is doing well. We don't want anyone but PAH caring for our pets!

Our Miss Maggie is a frequent visitor now at the ripe old age of 13, (and suffering from Cushings disease) but doing so well under her consistent care here! Yes $$, but excellent care and services require such costs in my opinion.
